The CT EMS Council manages multiple EMS regions, advisory boards, awards, and statewide emergency medical services information. The challenge was to organize a large amount of complex, multi-stakeholder content in a clear and accessible way for EMS professionals, hospitals, and public users across different regions of Connecticut.

We developed a structured WordPress website focused on clarity, information hierarchy, and ease of navigation. The site was designed to present regional EMS councils, advisory boards, awards programs, and official updates in a well-organized format. A clean UI, improved content structure, and responsive design were implemented to ensure accessibility across all devices. Special attention was given to making critical EMS information easy to locate for different user groups.

The redesigned website improved accessibility and communication across Connecticut’s EMS system. Users can now quickly access regional contacts, protocols, advisory information, and EMS awards details, resulting in better engagement and more efficient information distribution.
