The challenge

The client needed a premium eCommerce website to showcase high-quality, small-batch extra virgin olive oils sourced from independent farms. Their product involves strong storytelling around authenticity, freshness, and sourcing, which is often missing in mass-market competitors. The challenge was to differentiate the brand from generic supermarket oils while clearly communicating quality and value. Additionally, the platform needed to educate users about why farmstead olive oil matters.

I designed a clean and story-driven layout that highlights product origin, flavor profiles, and the journey from farm to table. Complex ideas like sourcing, freshness, and production quality were simplified into engaging, easy-to-understand sections. The design emphasizes authenticity, small-batch production, and premium branding to build trust. I also ensured the structure supports product bundles, storytelling, and future product expansion.
